Shawn Warren

Creative Director Shawn Warren comes to the arena with over 25 years experience in the design field. She has grown along with the industry to refine her skills and talents, translating years of print design expertise into a love for the moving image. Her initial experience began in magazine publishing, as a staff member of well-known titles such as Colorado Homes and Lifestyles and Colorado Biz Magazines. She launched out on her own in 2001 as freelance art director for an international fitness publication, as well as designer for many other print and web clients. She currently splits her time between commercial broadcast, web and DVD post-production, and her own fine art video projects.

Warren received her initial education in graphic design while in high school at Warren Tech in Golden, CO. She received a certificate in web development from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2001 and and then went on to complete a BFA in Multimedia from the University of Colorado Denver. She is inspired by color and motion, and her greatest joy is harmonlously incorporating the two into a visual adventure.

When not working or involved in academics, Warren enjoys taking road trips with her camera (video and still), darkroom photography, competitive powerlifting, visiting galleries and museums, and painting. She's high-spirited, young-hearted and always looking for adventure.
